Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Materials, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Proficient with Excel and Access.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Responsibilities

• Apply classroom principles to hands-on process and product design.
• Achieve performance goals with progressive responsibility in co-op.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for projects.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Review systems analysis, testing and documentation for existing processes.
• Own identified projects and drive them to completion.
• Collaborate on new product development and enhancements.
