American Crystal Sugar Company offers an Engineering Co-Op program designed for juniors in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. The program runs from January to August, with the potential for further opportunities depending on performance.

A minimum 3.0 GPA is required and the Co-Op runs full time in various locations. Participants will be exposed to engineering-related situations within a business setting, developing time-management, communication, and independent initiative as core

Qualifications

• Junior in a Bachelor’s level Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering program.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Must be able to attend the full-time Co-Op January through August.
• Engineering Co-Op with exposure to business environments.

Responsabilités

• Participate in full-time Co-Op during January–August.
• Gain hands-on experience across engineering disciplines within a business setting.
• Collaborate with teams and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
