This program was designed to offer the Engineering student engineering-related situations during various phases of the business operation.

Full time, generally 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM during the fall or spring.
Summer business hours are typically Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. - 3:30 P.M. Some flexibility may be allowed with advance notice.
Starting Wage $23.50 starting wage
Earn 1 hour of Earned Sick and Safe Time for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hours per year). Receive pay for regularly scheduled hours on company observed holidays.
Most co-ops require the student to pay for credits/fees. American Crystal Sugar Company will pay these fees for the student co-op.
