Starting wage $23.50. Compensation range $22.00 – $23.50 per hour. Personal and holiday time accrual: Earn one hour of Earned Sick and Safe Time for every 30 hours worked (up to 48 hours per year). Receive pay for regularly scheduled hours on company‑observed holidays.
Most co‑ops require the student to pay for credits/fees. American Crystal Sugar Company will pay these fees for the student co‑op.
