Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or construction engineering; sophomore standing required
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• AutoCAD experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Act as a team member in supporting engineering projects and activities, collecting data for program managers and assisting in developing creative solutions
• Expedite in-house design of engineering projects and prepare specifications of functional requirements
• Collaborate with operations, engineering staff, and contractors/vendors; assist in drafting, bids, and AutoCAD tasks
• Perform data collection, document handling, and preparation of technical reports and summaries
