CLEAResult is seeking an engineering co-op to join our team for September 8, 2026 through December 23, 2026. Based in Ontario, this 40-hour-per-week role focuses on energy efficiency projects.

You will calculate energy savings, review project submittals, support development of engineering best practices, and update databases and calculators using MS Excel.

The position offers potential promotion to full-time after the co-op, with emphasis on math, analysis, and teamwork.

To be part of our Engineering Team! CLEAResult, a consulting firm that designs and implements energy efficiency programs, is looking for an engineering co-op. The co-op position is designed for approximately 40 hours per week, September 8th, 2026 - December 23rd, 2026.

Based on performance and available positions, co-ops may be considered for promotion to a full-time engineering position after the co-op has been completed.

• Update databases and calculators

• Ensure current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codes

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• Active enrollment and completion of 2 or more years in post-secondary education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental or Energy preferred)

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Able to work 40 hours per week, September 8th, 2026 - December 23rd, 2026.

• Interest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industry

• Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and detailed calculation work

• Strong math and analytical skills

Compensation:

$23.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
