Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Vice President of Software Engineering to lead the Decision Stream Engineering Co-Founder initiative. This role will set the engineering vision, drive platform architecture, and build high-performing, distributed teams to deliver an AI-native decisioning platform at scale.

You will partner with Product, AI, Foundry, and operations teams to ensure alignment with customer outcomes and business objectives, while fostering a culture of accountability and rapid

Qualifications

Engineering leadership experience.
Proven experience building and scaling large-scale distributed platforms.
Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture and microservices.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience delivering platforms requiring high availability and performance at scale.

Responsibilities

Set engineering vision and roadmaps for Decision Stream.
Lead cloud-native, AI-native platform design and delivery.
Build and scale cross-functional engineering teams across product and platform.
Partner with Product Co-Founder to align engineering investments with outcomes.
Drive MVP validation, commercialization readiness, and scaled adoption.
