Candidates will work on a wide variety of interesting and collaborative projects with substantial growth opportunity.

Candidates must have at least eight years' experience in site development, plus engineering, project management, and planning experience.

This position requires a B.S. degree or higher, a California P.E. license, and a minimum of five years of experience. We require experience with sustainable design practices, meeting Low Impact Development (LID) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) goals, and proven ability to prepare SUSMPs, SWPPPs, and WQMPs.

Ability to visit job sites to inspect existing conditions and envision potential scope of work requirements

Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time at a desk working on a computer and viewing a screen.

Ability to apply established engineering principles to solve problems and/or overcome obstacles using sound judgement, independent decision making, and prolonged focus

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to focus on client satisfaction, possess high-level communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in training, developing, and supporting staff, and have experience working in a cooperative team environment.

Compensation

The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected base salary for a qualified candidate is $120,000 - $160,000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
