Innovative Refrigeration Systems is seeking an Engineering Checker to review engineering drawings and CAD models, verify tolerances, and ensure manufacturability across our refrigeration projects. You will collaborate with design and quality teams to minimize errors and support continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with 5+ years of experience and strong CAD skills in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing technical drawings in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Proficiency with engineering drawings, including GD&T, and familiarity with industry standards.
• Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor; and PDM/PLM systems.
• Strong communication skills to offer actionable feedback to engineering and production teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated or standing) for extended periods.
• Occasionally may need to lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., engineering binders, office equipment).

Job Role: The Engineering Checker reviews engineering drawings and designs to verify accuracy, tolerances, and manufacturability.
