BETA Technologies is seeking an Engineering Change Planner to help define the future of flight in Vermont. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to bring radical aircraft to production, coordinating design changes and managing lifecycle processes in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM or Business with operations focus.
• Understanding of PLM and ERP systems (SmarTeam, 3DX, Siemens, SAP, Oracle, Epicor).
• Comfortable with dynamic environments and shifting priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Data analysis capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new engineering design for aircraft systems.
• Communicate material and inventory needs to operations.
• Assist lifecycle management from ideation to change in ERP.
• Help define scope and documentation for change management.
• Support procurement and production planning as a change analyst.
• Utilize ERP to improve production processes and capability.
