Primary Responsibilities
  1. Receive ECO’s from Engineering and determine impact to manufacturing.
  2. Coordinate modifications of Manufacturing Orders with Production Planners.
  3. Evaluate the cost impact of stranded material resulting from ECO’s.
  4. Coordinate PO product revision modifications with Buyers.
Basic Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of relevant work experience. In lieu of degree, a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or purchasing activities, including obtaining quotes and vendor interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an engineering environment with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective communication skills within a team environment.
  • Resident of North Alabama or willing to relocate to Huntsville - North Alabama, AL.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with electromechanical components or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Windchill configuration management software.
  • Ability to interpret and create Bills of Materials.
  • Understanding of government contractor material purchasing requirements.

Pay Range: $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
