Job Details

Location: Kailua-Kona, Hawaii

Pay Range: $18.00/hr

Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt

Shift: AM shift

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
• Safeguard customers' baggage, air cargo, and mail from weather, loss, theft, damage, or destruction.
• Handle passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials safely using appropriate equipment.
• Operate pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure safety.
• Record and receive customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials.
• Transport cargo and baggage to/from aircraft, complete related records.
• Operate motorized equipment like belt loaders, lift trucks, pushback tugs, and manual push carts.
• Complete paperwork and data entry related to work assignments.
• Perform other duties as assigned, within skill and experience levels.

Qualifications

• In-state residency and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Minimum age 18 years, authorized to work in the U.S.
• Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security.
• Ability to lift/move items of 70 lbs, and perform physical tasks regularly.
• High School diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
