• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field with 2+ years in higher education or related sector.
• Master's degree and 4–5 years of experience with coaching, event coordination, or social media is preferred, plus knowledge of Handshake.

Responsibilities

• Administer and deliver the Career Compass program to College of Engineering students.
• Manage the mentor program, including sourcing alumni mentors, assessments, and evaluation.
• Track student participation, grades, and progress; report to Associate Dean.
• Coordinate events and employer connections with the University Career Center using Handshake.
• Oversee communications about professional development via Engineering Student Currents newsletter.
• Provide strategic leadership and coordinate committees if in the Associate Director role.
