Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience coordinating student programs or related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication with students and families.
• Ability to work independently and in teams with overlapping projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with online databases, platforms, and video/web conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual advising sessions to guide students and alumni in career planning.
• Coordinate externships, student staff supervision, and first destination reports.
• Provide front-of-house customer service to students, employers, and visitors.
• Deliver career workshops and outreach; create marketing and social content.
• Support career fairs and departmental events and collaborate on programs.
