Heartland Technology Group is seeking an IT‑oriented intern to support the engineering team with direct customer contact, sales collaboration, and project management assistance. You will learn about diverse technologies, assist with network installations, and help educate sales teams on products and services.

You will work within a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment and contribute to achieving annual engineering hours goals while developing professional skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work as a member of the engineering team providing consultative and proactive project management support to the account base.
• Obtain knowledge on a variety of technologies and platforms as directed by leadership and customer demand.
• Provide installation assistance, review, validation, and optimization of systems and protocols for sales consultants and fellow engineers.
• Contribute to product selection, configuration standards and best practices, and educate sales teams.
