A K-12 independent school in Brentwood is seeking a full-time Engineering & Applied Science Innovation Group Lead. In this role, you will mentor high school students on independent projects, develop their technical skills, and connect them with leading organizations. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in engineering and a strong network in the engineering community. The salary range is $130,000 to $170,000 based on experience and educational background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years of professional engineering experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
• Ability to supervise work across different engineering sub-disciplines.
• Track record of successful project leadership from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering & applied science vertical within the Innovation Group.
• Mentor students in multiple engineering disciplines.
• Serve as Principal Investigator for student-led engineering projects.
