A well-established, financially secure aluminum extrusion manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead plant reliability, maintenance, and engineering operations. Position Overview

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance and Engineering Manager will lead maintenance and engineering across extrusion, painting, anodizing, and fabrication operations.

This leader will be responsible for equipment reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, team development, engineering support, capital projects, and continuous improvement. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on maintenance leadership and reliability.

The right candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can solve mechanical and electrical challenges while also developing people, improving systems, and holding teams accountable for safety, quality, uptime, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance technicians, skilled tradespeople, and engineering staff.
• Build structure, accountability, and clear performance expectations across the department.
