Job summary

CRL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Analyst (System of Systems TDP/Reliability) for its Lexington Park, MD location. The role focuses on engineering‑support, risk management, and data integration for complex DoD development programs.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of DoD program office experience, familiarity with MIL-STD‑31000B, and CAD/PLM tools. On‑site work at Patuxent River is required, with a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
Five (5) years of experience in DoD program offices required.
DAU Life Cycle Logistics Foundational Certification is preferred.
Proficiency with MIL-STD-31000B and related DoD standards.
Experience with CAD/PLM systems and data management would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support and risk-management services for SoS development programs.
Analyze TDP drawings, schematics, and models for MIL‑STD‑31000B conformance.
Coordinate documentation and data bridging into the Logistics Product Database.
Monitor IMS milestones and support program management and IPT leads.
Identify, document, and track TDP risks and provide metrics for leadership decisions.
