About the role:

We're looking for an Engineer-Level 1 on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) The Engineer I provides administrative and operational support to the engineering team, ensuring a smooth coordination of documentation, procurement processes, and project tracking. You will manage records, assisting with purchase orders. You will report to the onsite Manager.

Support compliance with company standards and timelines.

Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

* Manage engineering documentation, including technical drawings,

Report, and project files.

* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action item trackers.

Procurement & Purchase Orders

* Help with the creation and submission of Shopping Carts, review of Purchase Order

(PO) documents for engineering-related materials and services.

* Monitor the status of POs to ensure approvals and delivery of goods/services.

* Partner with vendors and team members to resolve discrepancies or delays in procurement.

Data & Reporting

* Compile and update engineering metrics, cost reports, and inventory records.

* Maintain Shopping Cart reporting data

Compliance & Quality

* Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

* Help prepare documentation
