This position is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of battery management systems, charge controllers, and vehicle controllers on Komatsu mining machines.
Decarbonization is one of the key strategic pillars to both Komatsu and our customers, with a Komatsu objective of 50/50/50% reduction in scope 1-3 emissions by 2030 and net zero by 2050. With the increase in battery technologies being developed on Komatsu machines, battery management systems are a key factor to optimizing the system performance on the machines.

Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $106,600.00 - $133,300.00. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
