Sierra Pacific Industries, based in Red Bluff, California, seeks a qualified Process Engineer to join our manufacturing team. You will work across production, product development, and service to optimize processes, integrate cross-facility workflows, and push Lean initiatives in window and door manufacturing.

The role requires an engineering degree and 2–5 years in manufacturing, with SolidWorks/AutoCAD experience viewed favorably. Relocation to Red Bluff is expected for the ideal candidate.

Currently, we have an opening for a qualified Process Engineer to work collaboratively with our manufacturing facility in Red Bluff, California. This position requires working in a team environment involving production, product development, customer service, and sales personnel. Relocation to the Red Bluff, California area will be required.

The general wage range for this position at Sierra Pacific Industries is from $69,000 and $115,000 per year, and is dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to: relevant work experience, skill, knowledge, and/or education.

• Lean manufacturing applications
• Layout design
• Material handling improvements
• Assist with specification of production equipment
• Work with design engineering and production to establish/improve methods and systems regarding window and door manufacturing
• Provide additional support as required

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, manufacturing, or related)
• Minimum 2-5 years experience in manufacturing discipline with preference given for experience in the fenestration industry
• Strong project management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and AutoCAD a plus
