Job summary

Nasdaq is seeking an Engineer, Platform Engineering & Reliability Specialist to design, automate, and operate cloud infrastructure that powers Capital Access Platforms. You’ll build scaleable systems and ensure reliability across global environments.

In this hands-on role, you’ll implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform on Azure, manage CI/CD pipelines, and drive incident response and disaster recovery testing. A bachelor’s degree and 3–6 years in cloud/DevOps are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools; experience with containerized workloads and orchestration platforms preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform for provisioning, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated experience with deployment pipelines, scripting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, incident response, audit and compliance evidence gathering, and security controls in cloud environments.

Job description

As an Engineer, Platform Engineering & Reliability Specialist reporting to the DevOps Manager, you’ll play a critical role in building, automating, and operating cloud infrastructure and platform services that support the reliability and resilience of Capital Access Platforms.

You’ll thrive in this position if you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about infrastructure automation, operational excellence, and building systems that scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Background in capital markets, fintech, or a regulated industry.

This position will be located in Atlanta, Georgia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in‑office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
