Job summary

Presidio is seeking an Engineer to join our National EUC Team in a fully remote role. You will lead delivery for AWS, VMware, and Citrix needs for clients, acting as a client advocate and post-sales expert with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities include deploying Citrix/AWS Workspaces Core, Omnissa Horizon environments, and Horizon Cloud services, while implementing Workspace ONE UEM/Access and zero-trust security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience in EUC/VDI roles.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy AWS AppStream and Workspace Core with Citrix.
• Deploy Omnissa Horizon VDI environments including Instant Clones and app stacks.
• Implement and optimize Workspace ONE UEM for device management and compliance.
• Integrate Omnissa identity and access management solutions with zero-trust security.

The Role

Presidio Engineerto join our National EUC Team. This is a completely remote position where you'll be driving the delivery for customers AWS, VMware, and Citrix needs. You'll be a client advocate, post-sales expert, and provide documentation when needed.

Responsibilities Include:

• Architect and deploy AWS Appstream, Workspaces Core w/ Citrix.
• Architect and deployOmnissa Horizon VDIenvironments, including Instant Clones, RDSH, App Volumes, Dynamic Environment Manager, TrueSSO, Workspace One Access, and Thinapp.
• Experience with Horizon Cloud Services and supported Hyperscalers, specifically Horizon on Azure and AWS Core Solution.
• Implement and optimizeWorkspace ONE UEMfor device management, application delivery, and compliance enforcement.
• Integrate Omnissa solutions for identity, access management, and zero-trust security frameworks.

Performance & Optimization

• Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for Horizon and Workspace ONE environments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions for proactive issue resolution.

Infrastructure Knowledge

• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with SSL certificates, load balancing, and firewall rules.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• Technical Expertise
  • Strong hands-on experience with Citrix w/ AWS Workspaces Core and Appstream
  • Strong hands-on experience withOmnissaHorizon(VDI, App Volumes, DEM).
  • Proficiency inWorkspace ONE UEMandWorkspace ONE Access.
  • Familiarity withOmnissa identity and access management solutions.
• Infrastructure Knowledge
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy

• Knowledge of zero-trust principles, MFA, and conditional access.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and / or military experience
• Minimum of, 3+, years of experience.
• Must be a US Citizen
