Job summary

Belcan Corporation in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Logistics Engineer with an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance for a 5-month engagement.

The position requires on-site work at the Woodland Hills facility starting immediately, with a pay rate of $72 per hour. You will perform Logistics Support Analysis using EAGLE, support logistics engineering on a development program, analyze technical data, develop maintenance concepts, and contribute to LORA and life cycle cost analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or life cycle support environments, preferably military maintenance and sustainment support.
• Experience using EAGLE to perform Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
• Experience developing LSA products per MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506.
• Experience performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis Modeling.
• Experience using LSA data to develop technical data, IETMs, or training products.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficiency with Windows Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at Woodland Hills, CA.

• Perform/develop/update Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Develop maintenance concepts to ensure the most affordable and effective mission readiness solution.

• Support logistics engineering activities and assist as a technical resource on a development program including logistics design influence efforts and activities necessary to meet system performance requirements.
• Analyze and interpret technical data (e.g., drawings, manuals, specifications, etc.) to develop technical and logistics data including developing Technical Orders and Interactive Element Technical Manuals.
• Create/update relevant reports such as task analysis, maintenance plans, or provisioning requirements report.
• Perform/develop/update Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
• Develop maintenance concepts to ensure the most affordable and effective mission readiness solution.

Basic Qualifications for Engineer Logistics 3:

• Experience in logistics or life cycle support environments, preferably military maintenance and sustainment support.
• Demonstrated experience using EAGLE to perform Logistics Support Analysis. (LSA)
• Demonstrated experience developing LSA products in accordance with MIL-STD-1388, GEIA-STD-0007 or MIL-PRF-49506.
• Demonstrated experience performing Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis Modeling.
• Demonstrated experience using LSA data to develop either technical data, technical publications, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETMs), or training products.
• Demonstrated excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
• PC mastery with Microsoft Windows Office Products, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
• Possess active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Ability to work full-time onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA facility.
