Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach, operated by Palisociety, seeks a hands-on maintenance engineer to keep the property running safely and guest-ready. You will balance routine fixes with proactive maintenance, ensuring code compliance while delivering friendly service to guests.
Responsibilities include room inspections, drywall and electrical work, HVAC/heating system upkeep, and equipment troubleshooting. A strong focus on safety and documentation is required.
Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences — Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Since our first hotel opened in Los Angeles in 2009, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of neighborhood-centric hotels, restaurants, bars, and event spaces, earning recognition from Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, the New York Times, and more.
Perched on Laguna Beach's famed Coast Highway at the southern end of the town's winding oceanside route, Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach is a two-story hideaway with 41 king and suite rooms, an intimate guest lobby and bar, and a sparkling pool area nestled among soaring palm trees, all just steps from Treasure Island Beach and Goff Cove, two of the area's most revered beachfront destinations.
The engineer is a hands-on problem solver who keeps Le Petit Pali Laguna Beach running safely and smoothly — from patching walls to troubleshooting HVAC. You'll balance day-to-day fixes with proactive maintenance, keeping the property guest-ready and code-compliant, all while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
