Utility Project Manager

We are seeking a Utility Project Manager to join our team in Asheville or Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Identify client and project opportunities.
• Successfully manage over $1,000,000 in net revenue for water and wastewater projects.
• Assist clients in developing projects to meet critical success factors.
• Independently develop large proposals to include scope, budget, and schedule with little to no oversight.
• Diagnose project financial issues and make mid-course corrections.
• Support business development efforts in the Carolinas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• 10+ years of experience
• Registered Professional Engineer
• Valid driver’s license
• Management experience in municipal water and wastewater consulting (with a minimum of 8 years as a project manager)
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling the candidate to develop and maintain strong client and teammate relationships
