Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Welding Engineering Technology, Industrial, Mechanical or related field.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Welding, machining, or fabrication experience preferred.
• Exposure to cell/work center layout and 2D/3D CAD software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Audit and update work instructions, routings, and bills of materials.
• Improve material handling methods and solve real-time operations problems using Lean tools.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Journey and support manufacturing layouts.
• Provide technical support to production personnel and assist with tooling.
• Learn ERP manufacturing software and document new product launches.
