The role involves cost estimates, permits, and deliverables drawings across phases. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 2–6 years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Revit; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Engineer III, under general supervision assists with engineering system design during all phases of multiple, simultaneous projects by performing design calculations, specifications, interpreting and preparing reports, applying techniques and procedures, preparing cost estimates, impact studies, permits and designs/deliverable drawings.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Preferred Education & Experience

• 2 – 6 years’ experience
• Engineer-in-Training/Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT)
• Solid command of core engineering principles with the ability to apply them to real-world, multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient in problem-solving
• Experienced with industry-standard software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Competent in data interpretation and statistical analysis
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals
• Demonstrate critical thinking and sound engineering judgement
