Martin/Martin is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our structural engineering group in support of projects in our Denver office. This engineer will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of project types with a variety of structural materials. This position will provide opportunities to gain experience in both new building structural design and existing building investigations and retrofits.
A typical work week can include drawing development, project coordination, engineering calculations, Construction Administration tasks, and site visits. This position allows for interactions with owners, architects, and contractors as you build relationships throughout the project life cycle. While many of our projects are located in the Rocky Mountain region, Martin/Martin’s national footprint provides opportunities to work on projects around the country.

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
Base salary review and increases, in addition to annual bonuses, are dependent on various factors, including a hired individual’s job-level and annual company performance.
Martin/Martin provides ongoing internal continuing education, training, and mentorship, reimbursement for PE/SE licenses, and encouraged active participation in professional organizations.
