MIG, Inc. is seeking an Engineer-in-Training to join its infrastructure and design services in Denver, CO or Seattle, WA. You will collaborate on civil and environmental projects, prepare plans and reports, and assist with stormwater design and cost estimates.
A bachelor’s in civil engineering and an EIT designation are preferred, with travel to project sites as needed. The role offers full‑time employment with a competitive base pay, potential bonuses, and a hybrid work arrangement.

We are seeking an Engineer-in-Training to join our infrastructure and design services full-time in either our Seattle, WA or Denver, CO offices.
To accomplish the responsibilities, you will be able to manage competing priorities, think critically and creatively, work as part of a collaborative team in an open environment, and maintain a sense of humor and camaraderie. In addition, you have some combination of the following qualifications:

Bike/Scooter Commuter Benefit: A $20/month reimbursement for a bike‑commuter program (if you bike to work 3+ days a week). Staff may choose between the bike commuter or transit reimbursement.
Transit Benefit (Seattle, Portland, Denver, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Sacramento offices only): A $300/year reimbursement for an employee to purchase a transit pass (if you use public transit to get to work 3+ days a week).
Communications (Cell/Internet) Reimbursement:
Memberships and Licensure Support: for licensed/certified and/or senior‑level staff.
This is a full‑time, hourly position with eligibility for overtime pay. The base pay for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, location, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 0–4 years of experience is $34.00–$41.00 per hour ($71,000–$85,000/year full‑time salary equivalent). Additionally, we offer performance‑based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship now or in the future; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship. Candidates may be required to take a skills assessment.
