Job summary

The Renaissance Columbus Hotel in downtown Columbus, Ohio invites you to join our Engineering team. As Engineer, you will work with the Engineering team to assist with preventive maintenance of hotel rooms and the building, ensuring high-quality standards. Two years of maintenance experience in hotels or similar facilities is required.

Certifications are a plus. You enjoy working with people and take pride in guest satisfaction and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in general hotel, apartment or building maintenance.
• Experience with painting, plumbing, electrical systems, air conditioning, boilers and mechanical systems.
• Certifications are a plus.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Engineer, you will be working with our Engineering team to assist with preventive maintenance of the hotel rooms, general maintenance of the hotel, routine and major repairs and completion of work orders in accordance with our high-quality standards. You will be working with hand and power tools, chemicals and heavy machinery.
