Job summary

Per Sé Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and improve power distribution systems for industrial facilities, including pipelines and compressor stations. You will develop electrical layouts and support automation, working with experienced teams from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include arc flash review, safety improvements, and field commissioning. A Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and prior experience in heavy industrial environments are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience designing industrial electrical systems, ideally in natural gas, energy, data centers, or similar heavy industrial environments.

You’ll help design, improve, and optimize electrical power systems supporting pipelines, compressor stations, and other industrial facilities. You’ll own meaningful work while collaborating with experienced engineers and project teams on complex capital projects from concept through execution.

What you’ll be doing

includes designing and improving power distribution systems, developing electrical layouts and schematics for new and existing facilities, supporting automation and real-time monitoring initiatives, reviewing arc flash studies and implementing safety improvements, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, and helping commission and troubleshoot electrical equipment in the field.

You’re someone who

enjoys solving technical challenges, communicates well with both engineers and operations teams, and likes seeing projects through instead of handing them off. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and experience designing industrial electrical systems, ideally within natural gas, energy, data centers, or similar heavy industrial environments.
