Job summary

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• 2+ years in engineering, preferably in utility or plant operations.
• Ability to apply formal engineering training in practical applications.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities for improvement and/or suggests improved methods.
• Performs engineering assignments related to design, construction, performance enhancement, cost effectiveness, operation, and maintenance of plant equipment and systems.
• Coordinates activities of engineers, technicians, or others assigned to projects.
• Plans and controls activities to provide an accident-free workplace.
• Supports plant operations and maintenance with engineering problem solving and analysis.
