Job summary

Williams seeks an Engineer II/III to work on diverse projects impacting operations. You will independently tackle technical assignments, evaluate processes, and drive improvements while aligning with safety standards and company policies.

You may prepare presentations, collaborate with Operations and Maintenance, and lead small teams to resolve engineering issues and optimize facility performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited college or PE-eligible path.
• Four+ years of multifaceted engineering experience in natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Willingness to lead presentations and small teams; safety and compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately difficult assignments with technical evaluation and customer focus.
• Works independently on mid-sized engineering projects supporting operations.
• Maintains understanding of industry and operational requirements.
• Delivers presentations; interprets customer needs and develops responses.
• Collaborates to ensure compliance and develops improvement plans.
• Acts as engineering resource for natural gas treating, compression facilities.
• Supports operations with troubleshooting, field walkdowns, and startups.
