The Electrical Engineer II - Electrical Manufacturing provides dedicated electrical engineering support for all Mortenson BLUvera initiatives, with a primary focus on auxiliary power skid systems. This role is embedded within the Mortenson Engineering Services’ innovation team to maintain alignment with MES engineering standards, design quality, and governance, while supporting BLUvera’s fast‑paced manufacturing and product development environment. The position reports directly to the Innovation Lead for functional oversight and standards alignment, with day‑to‑day direction provided by the BLUvera team. This structure ensures consistent engineering rigor while enabling real‑time collaboration with BLUvera manufacturing, operations, and product teams. This role is critical to ensure BLUvera’s electrical products — particularly auxiliary power skids — are developed with strong engineering fundamentals, aligned with MES standards, and continuously improved as BLUvera scales its manufacturing and product offerings.
Forney, TX
Range: $91,700 – $123,800 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
