General Dynamics OTS is seeking an Engineer II to work in a hybrid role across engineering, configuration management, and R&D in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role emphasizes Windchill-driven workflows, data control, and leading IRAD efforts for Large Caliber Ammunition (LCA).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 2-4 years of experience in engineering.
• Discipline/Major: Engineering degree required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute Windchill workflow tasks including CN routing, change tasks, document releases, CAD data management, and BOM updates.
• Support or lead LCA-related IRAD projects including concept development, analysis, prototyping and testing coordination.
• Apply standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair or improve products and systems.
• Design and draft blueprints, visit field sites and manage projects.
