Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an affable, reliable Engineer to keep maintenance systems running smoothly at our Palo Alto property. You’ll handle daily repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical tasks with a guest-first mindset.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is expected; a post-secondary diploma is a plus. This is a 24-hour operation requiring flexibility, teamwork, and quick problem-solving to ensure safe, seamless guest experiences.

About you

Passionate about hospitality, Repairs/Maintenance, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical with a minimum of 2 year of similar work experience. A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus. Experience in engineering, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
