AIRCO in New Britain, PA, is hiring an Engineer I to join the Development team. This hands‑on role supports process and project design engineering, with emphasis on process development, documentation, and flow development, including lab and pilot plant work onsite.
You will collaborate with scientists, engineers, and operations across RD&E, Development, and manufacturing support, contributing to scale‑up and technical development in a fast‑moving startup environment.

We are seeking an Engineer I to join our Development team. This role will support process and project design engineering, with an emphasis on process development, engineering documentation, and process flow development. The position includes hands‑on work in the lab and pilot plant and will partner closely with scientists, engineers, and operations teams across RD&E, Development, and manufacturing support functions. The role is based onsite in New Britain, Pennsylvania.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in chemical engineering and early exposure to process engineering, pilot plant operations, scale‑up, or technical development in chemicals, energy, manufacturing, or related industrial environments. Candidates should be excited to work in a hands‑on startup environment and contribute across lab, pilot, and engineering activities.
