Performance Hospitality Management (PHM) is seeking an Enginee r I to implement preventive maintenance across hotel properties, monitor life safety systems, and oversee building upkeep. You will service HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and pool areas, while coordinating with department heads and contractors to ensure compliance with codes and standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving, reliability, and customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; trade or vocational coursework preferred.
• 2+ years in hotel/resort or commercial building maintenance/engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment.

We believe that providing innovative, cutting-edge practices, along with transparent communications, is a fundamental part of our commitment.Purpose:The Engineer I is responsible for implementation of all property and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs, monitor life safety systems and utilities and administer the department in compliance with all corporate/franchise standards and local, state and national codes and regulations to protect assets, guests and associates.
