Overview

As a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology you will develop next-generation HBM products. Product Engineers interface between Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality internal departments as well as external customers, taking ownership from design through bring‑up, qualification, and volume production.

Responsibilities

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM.
• Understand and craft internal architecture documentation, schematic, and layout knowledge of builds.
• Perform silicon validation of HBM designs and tackle problems through hardware and software debugging in the lab, circuit simulations, and data analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with the PE team and other multi‑functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation methodologies and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MS or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab/debug, or pattern manipulation.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework in VLSI, semiconductor process, Python, and C/C++.
• Experience with Verilog, VHDL, or System Verilog.
• Innovative approach open to improving procedures or products.
• Self‑motivation and passion.
• Ability to convey or share ideas verbally or in written form.
