RMC is hiring aCyber Security Engineer II to support services we provide to the Enterprise Systems (ES) Department of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Service Centers in Charleston, SC. This support will be primarily for the Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) Division. As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will design, implement, and support cyber security solutions.

• Keep up to date on cyber security threats and how to thwart them.
• Handle moderately complex issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

• sAt least Two (2) to Four (4) years of notable experience preparing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity policy, to include Assessment and Authorization requirements. Experience may include plan, implement, upgrade, and/or monitor cybersecurity measures to improve cyber defense and maintain a cyber-resilient network; assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities for risks and propose and implement remediation actions or risk mitigation strategies; ensure appropriate security controls are in place that will safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure; and respond to computer security breaches to re-establish protections and make required report

• One (1) year of technical experience in support of an enterprise hosting environment either on-premises or in the cloud in support of multiple interconnected systems and enterprise managed service

• Individual shall have notable experience supervising and/or mentoring of lesser experienced personne
