Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer at Courtyard Little Rock. You will maintain, repair, and install hotel mechanical and electrical systems, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to keep the property safe and functional.

The role requires hands-on problem solving and a commitment to guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in hotel/resort maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a focus on quality.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in hotel/resort or similar maintenance environment.
• HVAC, plumbing or electrical skills required.
• Light carpentry and knowledge of paint and wallpaper beneficial.
• Pool operation certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Preventive maintenance background preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and install building mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to ensure safety and reliability.
• Respond to maintenance requests and diagnose issues promptly.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to minimize guest disruption.
