Job summary

Magnit Direct Sourcing, on behalf of Toyota, seeks an engineer for a 12-month contracted assignment in Blue Springs, Mississippi. The role pays $50.00–$65.00 per hour and involves coordinating with engineering and safety teams to deliver project milestones.

Ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong project management skills, including AutoCAD proficiency and bid-spec development experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate project feasibility, scope, schedule and budget.
• Create scope of work, bid package and project specifications.
• Review technical drawings, provide feedback, negotiate changes.
• Evaluate safety compliance to local and national codes.
• Collaborate with 3rd party Safety Compliance Contractors.
• Collaborate with multiple groups to design and install equipment and meet project milestones.
• Supervise contractors in green-field or brown-field environments.
• Coordinate installation with trades, affiliates, engineers and equipment manufacturers.
• Develop countermeasures for project delays to ensure timely completion.

This is a 12-month contract. The pay range for this role is between $50.00 - $65.00/Hr.
