Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a PEGA Decision Architect, PEGA Business Analyst, Pega Developer, Pega System Architect, Systems Engineer, Systems Analysis, Software Engineer, or in a related/similar position.
• Experience therein to include 4 years of experience working with Pega software including Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA), working on inbound and outbound Marketing campaigns, and performing business analysis.
• Experience therein to include 2 years of experience performing data analysis and using SQL.
• Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

• Gather information from stakeholders, cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to analyze business needs and document requirements to support the design, development and testing of a Pega Next-Best-Action (NBA) implementation.
• Translate the high-level vision from the business team into technical specifications for the Pega development and testing teams.
• Serve as a key player in Agile process management, daily grooming sessions, analyzing, scoping and accepting user stories and UAT.
• Collect business and technical requirements by leading requirement gathering sessions with extended cross functional teams.
• Create user stories and groom the stories with the Pega Development and QA teams to get group consensus.

What you'll be doing...

Where you'll be working
