Responsibilities

• Build interfaces for assigning work, reviewing decisions, following progress, and resolving exceptions.
• Create tools for exploring traces, inspecting evidence, and comparing workflow outcomes.
• Develop backend services and APIs that connect agent execution, business data, and user-facing workflows.
• Design real-time interactions with clear states for pending, completed, failed, and interrupted work.
• Collaborate with operators, researchers, and engineers to turn observed needs into focused product improvements.
• Own accessibility, performance, testing, deployment, and ongoing reliability for the features you ship.
