Remington Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician to oversee central HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment, ensuring safe, compliant operation across our facilities in Atlanta.

The role focuses on repairing kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing and electrical systems, with emphasis on troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Candidates should apply strong engineering practices and corporate procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC and mechanical equipment safely following engineering practices and corporate procedures.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, refrigeration, boilers, plumbing, electrical and gas systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and fix them promptly and cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.

Job description

• Efficiently and safely operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical equipment using sound engineering practices and specified corporate operating procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines and refrigeration systems, boilers and plumbing systems and all electrical and natural gas distribution systems.
• Trouble-shoot electrical and pneumatic problems and repair them as quickly and economically as possible.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an on-going basis.
