Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology; Master’s in Software Engineering preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AWS, CISSP or ITIL practices are a plus.
• Experience with Agile, ITIL and technical support in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Actively attend and participate in status calls and on-call rotations.
• Monitor and resolve issues related to SQL jobs and report outages.
• Debug SQL job failures and respond to ad-hoc report enquiries.
• Design and implement application monitoring solutions and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address incidents and optimize performance.
