Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and coordination with hotel teams to meet requests promptly and safely. Knowledge of safety codes and ability to work in dynamic conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ventilation, heating, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Capable of maintaining carpentry and painting tasks on property assets.
• Familiar with city/state codes, OSHA requirements, and ADA laws.

Responsibilities
