Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking an Engineer 2 to diagnose and service hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. You will respond to inquiries and perform preventative maintenance in a courteous and professional manner.

This full-time on-site role requires 3-4 years of related experience, working knowledge of building systems, and the ability to read, speak and write English. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Engineer 2

Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. This role is part of the Engineering Division , reporting to the Engineering Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs .
• Perform preventative maintenance and necessary repairs on all hotel equipment including kitchen, laundry, plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, guest rooms, & public areas.
• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner .

What you bring

• Experience required by position is three to four years of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization.
• Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-Job or through a series of professional certifications.
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
• Ability to read and speak and write English.
• No licenses or certificates are required , but they are preferred.

• Full time s chedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Will work the swing shift
