East West Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to uphold mechanical and electrical systems across our properties, rental units, and associated facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document work orders to ensure guest satisfaction.
The role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, a core trade skill set, CMMS familiarity, and a valid driver's license. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical & electrical systems, rental units, homecare units, and keeping Association buildings in good condition to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.

The posted pay range represents the hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire. Individual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and business needs.
